Return and Refund Policy Contract

General Policy

Our goal at ASOLOGE is to ensure that you have a seamless shopping experience and are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you however are not pleased for one reason or another, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours.

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. 

Non-Returnable Items.

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

- Items marked as final sale

- Gift cards

- Personalized or custom-made items

- items that show signs of wear, tear or damage. 

Return Process

Initiate Return: Contact our customer service at asologeae@gmail.com  OR send a message to +234(07053824690) to initiate a return. Please do state your order number and reason for the return. Items sent without first informing us won’t be accepted. 

Receive Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Package Item: Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package.

Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided to you in the return instructions. Do kindly note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We urge you to return items via traceable postal services, as we do not take responsibility for them until we have physically received the return items. 

Refunds: 

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash On Delivery payments, refund will be issued as a store credit to be redeemed within 6months. 

Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

Process: Follow the return process and indicate that you would like an exchange. We will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping: Customers are solely responsible for the shipping fees incurred on an exchanged item. Initial shipping fee/charges do not apply and are non-refundable, non-transferable or redeemable. 

Defective or Incorrect Items

Please, inspect your orders as soon as you receive them and if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

International Returns

Eligibility: International orders are eligible for returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

Process: Follow the same return process. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or taxes.

Additional Information

Lost Returns: We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
